It is very important for parents to be able to communicate openly and effectively with their children .Open and effective communication benefits not only the children, but every member of the family. Relationships between parents and their children are greatly improved when there is effective communication and it helps to build confidence among the children and allows them to share their experiences. It also encourages the flow of information more freely and thus build positive and healthy attitudes among themselves.

The meeting started with a short prayer and the parents were welcomed.

The previous meeting minutes were reviewed. Activities for the parents like get well acquainted with each other was conducted Here the parents were given badges, the parents with the similar one had to sit together and discuss with each other the things that were common among them and later they were asked to come up and share the same with the other parents. The parents thus got an opportunity to interact with each other. Later, the SFA teachers spoke to the parents about how they should communicate and how they should not communicate with the children in the form of speech, presentations, plays done by the students, you tube videos, etc.
