8th October:-Workshop on Green School Building.
Ms.Nazneen and Ms.Sana along with one student Tasmiya Abdul Kader attended the programme on Building Green Society in Grand Hyatt where the speaker Mr.Rakesh Sharma (cosmonaut), Mr.Felix Pedal grandson of Darwin and Mrs.Barkha Dutt shared their opinion with the students and the teachers and displayed the criteria regarding saving energy and utilizing the new and innovative techniques in the school to support energy conservation at school levels.
20th October:-Colour Splash Painting Competition.
NIE had organized a Color Splash Painting Competition at Market City, Kurla. Seven students from our school had participated in this competition and the topic was “My Chocolate Dream House”. All the students received participation certificates for the same.
25th October:-S.F.A Parents’ Meeting.
S.F.A Parents’ Meeting was held in the school for the parents of Std VII and VIII. The topic of discussion was physical, emotional and mental changes during adolescent period. Group discussion happened wherein each and every parent discussed about their child’s behavior and the changes that they have observed in their child during the adolescent age.
