11th April :-Anjuman Common Syllabus Planning Meeting 

The Annual Syllabus Planning Meeting was held in our School Auditorium wherein all the Anjuman teachers assembled at one place and discussed their subjects in detail. They planned the units, the paper pattern and the portion for the next academic year 2017-18. 

10th -14th April:-Refresher Course:  

Ms.Rubina and Ms. Tabassum attended the B.Ed refresher course at Anjuman-I-Islam’s B.Ed College, Vashi on Self with Community’. The workshop was very informative as it helped the teachers to update professionally and develop their skills. 

17th April :-Students of Australian Universities visit our School: 

 20 students from the different Australian universities visited our school as a part of the Indogenius Study India group, where they took a tour of our school to study about the Indian Education system. A short assembly was conducted, the theme was “tolerance” followed by a welcome song and later a choral recitation on “Unity and Peace”. They even interacted with the students of Std 10 and discussed about the educational system of both the countries. 

25th April – 27th April Splash 2017 organized by St. Mary’s High School 

An Inter School competition called ‘Splash- 2017- Let’s Dive in the Sea of Talent! was hosted by St.Mary’s High School, Mazgaon wherein all the competitions were held and organized by the students and contingent leaders participating in it. It was an unusual competition wherein it was mutually agreed that all the participating schools in the neighbourhood area would become the host school the next year with the rotating trophies. A large number of schools showed their interest in being a part of this competition. The competition was categorized in six events viz, Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Sports, Literary Arts and Creative Arts. Seven students from Std VII and VIII from our school participated in this competition.
