1st February :-
Math expert lecture was conducted by Mr. Imran wherein he gave some examination tips and tricks to solve board question papers.
3rd and 4th February :-
Mrs. Parveen Shaikh and Miss Hania Choudhary attended a workshop at Begum Jamila Versova at Andheri along with six of our students. The workshop was basically on acting skills. The students were made to do gymnastics, dumb talking and scarf technique. On the first day they were trained and on the second day they were made to perform.
9th February :-
Our 1st ever Farewell party was celebrated for our STD X batch. This day will be a memorable day for the students as well as for the teachers as it was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy. We had songs, dances, fashion show and speeches for our students. The Children really enjoyed themselves.
10th February :-
Science expert lecture was taken by our Urdu Vice-Principal, Mrs. Fauzia Shaikh who gave the students some study tips in science subject.
10th February :-
There was a power point presentation on a visit to North Leamington School, Warwickshire, UK by our Head Mistress Miss Fauzia Ansari to our staff. She gave us a detailed view of her visit and she also shared her experiences with us.
11th February :-
Mrs. Sameera Patni and Mrs. Naina Sakpal attended a workshop at Karimi Library. The workshop was conducted by Professor Gopichand Narang. He spoke about the importance of Urdu language.
15th February 2012: Elocution Competition :-
The Florrie Sopher Inter School Elocution Competition was held at E.E.E. Sassoon High School. There were two groups, senior group and junior group. The Competition was held to expose the potential in public speaking & give them the opportunity to express themselves. The Participants were awarded with the Certificate of Participation.
15th February :-
The Spell Linc Competition was held at IES, 3 students participated for the same, the competition was based on word formation, anagrams, and crosswords. Around 50 students have participated.
17th February :-
A film show was organized by the Department for STD V-IX. The film was based on Value Education and Hazards of Global Warming. There were two batches, one from STD V-VII and other from STD VIII-IX. The first film was based on boosting self confidence amongst the children while the second one was on Awareness and Precautions to be taken to curb Global warming.
23rd February :-
Fire Brigade Services had organized poster making and essay writing competition for the students of STD VII and IX, the topic name was “FIREMAN” and “FIRE SAFETY”. From this six best essays and posters were chosen. The competition was held for all south Mumbai schools.
